By accessing or registering on Quizeel ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept all clauses outlined below, you are strictly prohibited from using our services.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy: Harmful & Haram Content
Quizeel is committed to maintaining a clean, respectful, and ethical gaming environment. We maintain a **zero-tolerance policy** against harmful, inappropriate, or *Haram* (unlawful, forbidden, or unethical) material.
- Promoting or depicting gambling, alcohol, intoxicants, or illicit activities.
- Sharing sexually explicit, obscene, or highly inappropriate adult content.
- Encouraging hate speech, violence, harassment, or cyberbullying.
- Promoting religious intolerance or sacrilegious insults.
Warning: Accounts found publishing, sharing, or promoting any of the forbidden content listed above will be terminated immediately. We reserve the absolute right to delete any offending quizzes and permanently ban users from the Platform without prior warning.
2. User Content Responsibility Disclaimer
Quizeel acts as a neutral hosting provider for community-generated trivia challenges. **We are not responsible, legally or otherwise, for the quizzes, comments, descriptions, names, or image assets uploaded by users.**
You are solely and fully responsible for any content you upload, publish, or stream. By posting content, you guarantee that it conforms to local laws and regulations and agree to indemnify Quizeel against any claims arising from your uploads.
3. Copyrights & Fair Use Standards
We respect the intellectual property of creators worldwide. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading copyrighted graphics, brand identifiers, or proprietary questions unless they hold clear authorization or the material falls under recognized **Fair Use guidelines** (e.g. for purposes of critique, parody, education, or review).
If you believe your copyrighted work is hosted on our platform in a way that exceeds fair usage, please submit a detailed takedown notice to our support team at legal@quizeel.com for immediate removal.
4. Hacking & Malicious Activities Block
Any attempt to manipulate our application logic, abuse XP telemetry endpoints, submit fake score datasets, inject malicious scripts, scrape database tables, or execute DDoS attacks is strictly banned. Any user detected trying to exploit code vulnerabilities will have their IP permanently blocked and face potential legal enforcement.
5. Termination of Usage
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Platform, terminate accounts, or revoke premium statuses at our sole discretion, without liability, if users violate any terms listed in this agreement or engage in activities that cause legal risk to our community.
