Refund & Billing Policy

Because Quizeel deals entirely in digital assets, instant upgrades, and virtual premium features (like PRO account upgrades), all financial transactions executed on the Platform are final and non-refundable.
1. Strictly Non-Refundable Digital Upgrades
Purchases of Quizeel PRO account status, virtual cosmetics, badges, customized ad displays, and all other items represent virtual services. Once payment is authorized, access to the features is unlocked immediately.
Consequently, we maintain a strict NO-REFUND policy on all premium items. Refunds, returns, or cash-exchanges will not be processed for any digital purchase under any ordinary circumstances.
2. Subscription Management & Cancellations
If you have subscribed to a monthly or annual PRO membership plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your PRO privileges will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days during the billing term.
3. Double-Billing & Payment Discrepancies
In rare circumstances where you encounter system errors (such as duplicate charges, double-billing, or failures in unlocking purchased PRO privileges), please contact support immediately with your transaction receipt details. Verified duplicate billing charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
